What are the contract terms?
Terms, including any minimum contract length, are agreed as part of your site assessment. Where we supply and install ANPR hardware, that typically comes with a minimum term to cover it; sites using their own existing cameras have more flexibility. We'll confirm what applies to your site upfront.
What happens after the site assessment?
We send you a report covering what we found and exactly what we'd recommend for your site, including indicative costs. There's no obligation to proceed.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The on-site visit, stakeholder meeting, and traffic flow report are provided at no cost, regardless of whether you go on to use ReadyPark.
Can I use ReadyPark for monitoring only, without charging drivers?
Yes. Alongside our standard enforcement model, we offer a monitoring-only option: live vehicle presence and an audit trail, with no Parking Charges issued. This suits sites like care homes where visibility matters more than revenue. Pricing for both is agreed case-by-case as part of your site assessment.
Are there discounts for multiple sites?
Yes, operators managing several sites qualify for multi-site terms. Get in touch and we'll cover it during your assessment.
How are revenue payouts calculated?
Your share of parking income is calculated on gross revenue collected through the platform. Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer, with a full breakdown in your dashboard.
What about ANPR camera costs?
If you already have cameras, integration is included. If you need hardware, we can supply and install it for you, and depending on your site, this may be provided at no cost. We'll confirm the options and any costs as part of your site assessment.
