Every ReadyPark plan includes access to the analytics dashboard. This gives you a real-time view of how your site is performing across occupancy, revenue, and enforcement.

What you can track

• Occupancy: How full your site is at any given time, and historically by day and hour
• Revenue: Gross and net income by day, week, or month
• Session data: Number of sessions, average session length, peak periods
• Parking Charge activity: Number of Parking Charges issued, outstanding, paid, and appealed
• ANPR reads: All plate reads, with timestamps and session matching status

Multi-site view

If you manage more than one site, the dashboard gives you an aggregated view across all sites, with the option to drill down into individual locations.

Reports and exports

You can export any data from the dashboard to CSV or PDF. Monthly summary reports are also automatically generated and available in your account. These can be shared with your accountant or used for your own records.

Using analytics to optimise pricing

Occupancy and session data can tell you a lot about how your pricing is working. If occupancy is consistently high, you may be underpriced. If it's low, the data can help you identify whether pricing or demand is the issue. Our team can help you interpret the data and suggest adjustments.
