This Privacy Policy explains how ReadyPark collects, uses, and stores personal data in connection with our parking management platform.

Data we collect

In operating the ReadyPark platform, we process the following types of personal data:

• Landowner account data: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during registration
• Vehicle data: Number plates captured by ANPR cameras on sites managed through ReadyPark
• Payment data: Transaction records for parking sessions and Parking Charge payments (card data is processed by our payment provider and not stored by ReadyPark)
• DVLA data: Registered keeper details obtained from the DVLA for the purpose of issuing Parking Charges to vehicles in contravention

How we use your data

• To operate the platform and provide services to landowners
• To collect parking payments and manage sessions
• To identify vehicles in contravention and issue Parking Charges
• To pursue debt recovery where Parking Charges remain unpaid
• To generate analytics and reporting for landowners

Data retention

ANPR reads are retained for 12 months to support Parking Charge appeals and disputes. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period thereafter. Payment records are retained for 7 years in line with financial record-keeping requirements.

Your rights
