ReadyPark is built around ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology. ANPR cameras read the plates of every vehicle entering and leaving your site, which the platform uses to validate sessions, manage permits, and trigger enforcement.

Bring your own cameras

If you already have ANPR cameras installed, ReadyPark can integrate with them. We support most leading ANPR systems. During onboarding, our team will confirm compatibility and handle the integration.

Sourcing cameras through ReadyPark

If you don't have existing ANPR hardware, we can supply and install compatible cameras for you as part of your site assessment. These are:

• Quick to install: typically a few hours on site
• Fully managed: ReadyPark handles maintenance and connectivity
• Inclusive of data costs

Depending on the number of cameras required and your site, this hardware may be provided at no cost to you. Any costs are confirmed in your assessment report.

How ANPR data is used

Every plate read is logged in the platform with a timestamp and matched against active sessions and permits. This data drives:

• Automatic session validation
• Parking Charge triggers for unpaid vehicles
• Occupancy tracking in the analytics dashboard
• Evidence for any Parking Charge appeals

Data retention
