These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReadyPark platform. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

The service

ReadyPark provides a parking management platform that enables landowners to collect parking payments, manage permits, and issue Parking Charges on their sites. The platform is provided on a subscription basis under the plan selected during onboarding.

Your responsibilities

As a landowner using ReadyPark, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your site has appropriate signage as advised by ReadyPark during onboarding
• Maintaining the physical condition of your car park to a safe standard
• Ensuring you have the legal right to charge for and enforce parking on your site
• Keeping your account details accurate and up to date
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in relation to vehicle data collected on your site

Payments and fees

Platform fees are charged monthly in arrears based on your selected plan. Revenue shares are calculated on gross parking income collected through the platform. Detailed payment terms are provided in your service agreement.

Parking Charge enforcement

Parking Charges are issued under your authority as the landowner. ReadyPark acts as your agent in operating the enforcement process. You must ensure your site signage meets the requirements necessary to issue enforceable notices.

Termination

Notice periods and any minimum term for your subscription are set out in your service agreement, and depend on whether ReadyPark supplied hardware for your site. ReadyPark may terminate or suspend your account in the event of a material breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
