Most sites are live on ReadyPark within a few days of signing up. Here's what the process looks like.

Step 1: Submit your enquiry

Fill out the get started form with your contact details and site information, and we'll arrange your free site assessment.

Step 2: Site assessment

Our team visits your site for the day, meets the people who run it, and uses our AI-enabled app to analyse traffic flow. We'll follow up with a report covering our recommended setup, terms, and ANPR options (either integrating your existing cameras or sourcing new ones).

Step 3: Site configuration

Once you're happy to proceed, we configure the platform for your site, setting up pricing rules, permit types, enforcement thresholds, and payment methods. We'll also advise on signage requirements to ensure your Parking Charges are legally enforceable.

Step 4: Go live

Once everything is tested and you're happy, your site goes live. From that point, the platform runs automatically: payments are collected, Parking Charges are issued when needed, and you can check your analytics dashboard at any time.

Ongoing support

You'll have access to our support team throughout. A dedicated account manager is included for larger sites and portfolios, as agreed during your site assessment.
