You can revisit your terms with ReadyPark at any time: contact our team to discuss changes. Where ReadyPark has supplied and installed ANPR hardware for your site, your agreement will include a minimum term to cover that; this is confirmed upfront as part of your assessment report.

How to change your terms

To discuss changing your terms, contact our team via the support page or by emailing info@readypark.co.uk. If your site's needs have changed significantly, we may arrange a follow-up site assessment before agreeing new terms.

Revenue share adjustments

If your site is now generating consistent revenue and you want to revisit your revenue share, we'll calculate a prorated adjustment for any remaining days in the current billing month.

Cancelling

Notice periods and any minimum term are set out in your agreement, and depend on whether ReadyPark supplied hardware for your site. Contact us to discuss ending your agreement and we'll confirm what applies to you. Any outstanding Parking Charge revenue due to you will be paid out at the end of the notice period.
